A1: It comes with 3 shelves, I would imagine 12 if your spacing them out up to 20 if not

A3: Yes 10.5 should definitely fit. 👍

Q4: How long does it take to put together?

A4: It took my husband about 30 minutes to put together. We like it very much. Use it for children's games and puzzles.
