Q1: Is it 30kg on both side?

A1: Full set of 2 dumbbells: Our adjustable dumbbell set comes with 16 weight plates in 4 different weights (2.5kg/5.5lbs, 2kg/4.4lbs, 1.5kg/3.3lbs, 1.25kg/2.8lbs), 4 pieces for each weight.

Q2: Do the dumbbells come with weights in the case?

A2: Yes, everything you see in the picture is included in the case.

Q3: Would I be able to put say 18kg onto one bar in order to do a single exercise?

A3: Yeah, if you put a 5, 2.5 and 1.5 on each side of the bar that should be 18kg.

Q4: Does this include a barbell?

A4: Barbell definitely not. But includes the dumbbell which I think this is what you mean! Every dumbbell can be up to 15kg max. They are pretty nice for starters, use them too.
